Configured as a Push-To-Mute switch. The input signal is normally on, passing through the box. When the footswitch is depressed and held down, the signal is turned off or muted. The signal is reconnected as soon as the switch is released.
Configured as a LATCHING Push-On/Push-off switch. The footswitch must be pushed and released to turn the signal on or off thru the box. Each time the footswitch is pressed and released the signal is toggled from on condition to the other.
